HEALING I & II QIGONG

This restorative medical Qigong blends an ancient healing tradition with ten gentle meditative movements, performed while seated on a chair, to reduce stress, strengthen vital energy, and improve health at all levels. The underlying purpose of this practice is to open the heart, strengthen the body, and calm the mind.

KUAN YIN STANDING QIGONG

This Qigong practice strengthens and purifies the energy channels and the spine in addition to giving one healthier muscles. A moving meditation where your body becomes the vessel on the journey to healing and a return to an open heart.
