Integrated Qigong, Tai ji and Shaolin Gongfu the health cultivation art of qigong is the root and foundation of taiji, an internal martial and cultivation art, and of shaolin gongfu, a more external martial and cultivation art. The classes integrate these arts into a seamless practice and ‘workout’. Each art will be emphasized in turn and studied and practiced more specifically as well. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Instructor Brigette Schabdach

KUAN YIN STANDING QIGONG
This Qigong practice strengthens and purifies the energy channels and the spine in addition to giving one healthier muscles. A moving meditation where your body becomes the vessel on the journey to healing and a return to an open heart.
