Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong Qigong  this restorative medical qigong blends ancient Chinese medical traditions with gentle, meditative movements. Several forms will be taught both standing and seated. To learn more about Sheng Zhen Qigong visit www.shengzhen.org.

Integrated Qigong, Tai ji and Shaolin Gongfu the health cultivation art of qigong is the root and foundation of taiji, an internal martial and cultivation art, and of shaolin gongfu, a more external martial and cultivation art.  The classes integrate these arts into a seamless practice and ‘workout’.  Each art will be emphasized in turn and studied and practiced more specifically as well.  Open to all from beginners to advanced, each class will have time for individual practice and instruction. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Instructor Brigette Schabdach

Wellness PATHWAYS TO HEALING This program is for those that wish to work in a more intensive whole manner addressing the physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual aspects of their health and well-being. The program benefits those who are seeking a deeper understanding of unresolved historical traumas, depression or lack energy/vitality. Taking appointments Tuesdays - Thursdays + Saturdays.

HEALING I & II QIGONG
This restorative medical Qigong blends an ancient healing tradition with ten gentle meditative movements, performed while seated on a chair, to reduce stress, strengthen vital energy, and improve health at all levels. The underlying purpose of this practice is to open the heart, strengthen the body, and calm the mind.

KUAN YIN STANDING QIGONG

This Qigong practice strengthens and purifies the energy channels and the spine in addition to giving one healthier muscles.  A moving meditation where your body becomes the vessel on the journey to healing and a return to an open heart.
